Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

TrustRFP AI may be used for legitimate business workflows including RFP responses, security questionnaires, vendor reviews, contract review, compliance knowledge management, and related internal collaboration.

• Users must have authorization to upload customer questionnaires, policies, reports, contracts, and evidence files.
• Generated content must be reviewed before being sent externally when it makes security, legal, privacy, or product commitments.
• Customers are responsible for configuring access controls and workspace membership appropriately.

Prohibited use

The service must not be used to create, store, or distribute unlawful content, malicious instructions, credential theft material, or content intended to bypass security controls.

• Do not upload malware, exploit code, stolen credentials, or data you are not authorized to process.
• Do not attempt to probe, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass TrustRFP AI platform controls.
• Do not use the service to make deceptive claims or submit AI-generated commitments without human approval.

Enforcement

TrustRFP AI may suspend access, remove content, or restrict functionality when usage creates security, legal, platform integrity, or third-party risk. Enterprise customers may route suspected abuse to [email protected].
