Service scope

TrustRFP AI provides governed AI assistance for RFPs, security questionnaires, vendor reviews, contract review, compliance knowledge bases, citations, review workflows, exports, and marketplace activation.

• The service is an assistive workflow platform and does not replace legal, security, compliance, or procurement judgment.
• Customers remain responsible for final review and approval of externally submitted answers.
• Plan limits, marketplace entitlements, and private offer terms may control seats, usage, exports, support, and retention.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must maintain authorized access, upload only content they are permitted to process, configure workspace roles appropriately, and comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

AI output

AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate. TrustRFP AI provides citations, no-source markings, review states, and audit trails to support human review before external use.

Billing and marketplace purchases

Direct SaaS plans may use Stripe. Marketplace purchases may be activated through Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Marketplace and are governed by the applicable marketplace transaction and customer agreement.
